Relatable - understood my objectives, made options clear, firm to say slow down but overall understood that I wanted to climb again and not settle for a restricted lifestyle

Very happy with the care I have received. Everything was explained to me in details, all my questions answered and the operation went as planned. Follow up was as good. Overall an excellent experience. I can highly recommend Mr Gupta.

Efficient, professional and clearly very talented surgeon. Not a lot of handholding but he knows exactly what he's doing. After initial fears that it had not worked I am very happy with the outcome 3 months post op. Though I hope never to have to come back to see Mr Gupta, I wouldn't hesitate to return for future injuries and would certainly recommend moving forward to anyone asking. Tip, take his physio recommendation if offered.

Dr Gupta was excellent at diagnosing my condition (shoulder impingement). I was able to see him quickly and at different locations which I found very helpful. Tests were organised very quickly as was physiotherapy and treatment. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Gupta.

Mr. Gupta took as much time as I needed to explain exactly what the procedure involved and possible complications and their likelihood. He was reassuring and supportive throughout my care, even answering questions that I had during recovery about travel concerns etc. I have total confidence in his judgement and abilities, hopefully I will not need surgery on my other shoulder but if the need arose he would be my surgeon of choice.
